Refund policy

1. Sample Products (Final Sale)

Please note that all sample orders are Final Sale. Due to the nature of these products and the logistics involved, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credits for sample items. We provide samples to help you make an informed decision regarding the color and texture of the material before placing a full order.

2. General Return Eligibility

For full-scale orders, we accept returns within 30 calendar days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be in their original, unopened, and undamaged packaging.

  • We do not accept partial returns; only full, unopened boxes/crates are eligible.

  • The product must not have been installed, cut, or altered in any way.

3. Restocking Fees & Deductions

To maintain our competitive pricing and cover the specialized labor required for inspecting and restocking heavy materials, the following deductions apply:

  • Restocking Fee: A standard 25% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all return freight costs and must ensure the shipment is fully insured.

  • The restocking fee will be automatically deducted from the final refund amount.

4. Damaged or Missing Items

Upon delivery, please inspect your order immediately. If there is visible damage or missing items:

  • Note the damage clearly on the Delivery Receipt/Proof of Delivery (POD).

  • Contact our customer service team within 48 hours with photographic evidence.

  • Claims made after the 48-hour window or without notations on the delivery receipt may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
