Shipping policy

Shipping & Delivery Overview

We are committed to delivering your natural stone and flooring products safely and efficiently. Due to the weight and fragile nature of our inventory, we utilize specialized freight carriers for most shipments.

Delivery Terms (Curbside Delivery)

  • Standard Delivery: All residential freight shipments are "Curbside Delivery" only. This means the driver will drop the pallet at the curb or the end of your driveway.

  • Inside Delivery: Drivers are not permitted to bring materials inside your home, garage, or backyard.

  • Liftgate Service: Most residential deliveries include liftgate service to lower the pallet from the truck to the ground.

Order Processing & Lead Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days.

  • Transit times vary by destination but generally range from 5-10 business days across the United States.

Inspection at Time of Delivery

  • IMPORTANT: You must inspect the shipment immediately upon arrival.

  • If there is visible damage, you must note "DAMAGED" on the driver’s Delivery Receipt before they leave.

  • Claims for damage without a noted Delivery Receipt may be denied.
