We recommend a penetrating (impregnating) sealer. If you want to keep the cool gray look, use a "natural look" sealer. If you want the grays and charcoals to appear darker and more vivid, use an "enhancing" sealer.

INSTALLATION & MAINTENANCE TIPS

• Vertical Support: Due to the weight of the XL panels, ensure your substrate (drywall or cement board) is properly secured. For heights over 10 feet, consult a professional regarding mechanical fasteners.

• Back-Buttering: For maximum adhesion, apply thinset to both the wall and the back of the panel (back-buttering) to ensure 100% coverage.

• Cleaning: Use a soft brush or vacuum with a brush attachment to remove dust from the crevices. For outdoor panels, a gentle garden hose rinse is usually sufficient. Avoid pressure washers, which can dislodge smaller stone pieces.
